Excel 201 – Basic Formulas
Putting a bunch of data in a spreadsheet doesn’t do you much good if you can’t analyze it. This course will teach you the fundamentals of formula-writing in Excel. You’ll learn a few basic formulas (SUM, AVERAGE, MIN, MAX, CONCATENATE, and others), and then learn how to navigate Excel’s built-in formula builder. You’ll also learn how to use Excel’s AutoSum function, which will allow you to evaluate any dataset quickly and easily.
Excel 211 – Paste Special and Linking Data
One of Excel’s best kept secrets is the Paste Special function. In this course, you’ll learn all the different ways you can change your data simply by copying and pasting it. You’ll learn how to strip out formulas from cells, how to change column widths, and how to change a column of data into a row of data (and vice-versa), all by copying and pasting. You’ll also learn how to use Paste Special to link data between different cells, spreadsheets, and workbooks, so that any changes you make in one cell are reflected across all of your links.
Excel 221 – Importing Data from External Sources

Instead of spending hours cutting and pasting data from non-Excel sources, this course will show you how to import data into Excel quickly and easily and in a format that’s easy to manipulate. Excel 231 – Themes and Templates

Excel 241 – Getting Started with Charts
One of the easiest ways to show off your data is to create a chart (or graph). This course will introduce you to the fundamentals of great chart-building. You’ll learn how to use Excel’s chart-building tools and settings to build beautiful and amazing charts that will look good and wow your audience.
Excel 251 – Sharing and Protecting What’s Yours
Especially when you’re working in a collaborative environment, the ability to Share documents with your co-workers is essential. This course will show you to to Share your spreadsheets, so that two or more people can open and edit a file at the same time. The course will also show you how to properly protect your file, so that the people you are sharing with don’t make any accidental/unintentional changes to your spreadsheet. You’ll also learn how to lock down a file so that only those with the appropriate password(s) can open and/or edit a file.
